Who should see a physio and how can a physio help me? Physiotherapy can:

  • Hasten your body’s natural healing process, accelerating your return to sport or activity.
  • Decrease the impact of sprains and strains of muscles, ligaments and joints including the neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, knee, foot, ankle and the spine.
  • Decrease chronic pain and limit the likelihood of injury recurrence.
  • Provide rehabilitation guidance for motor vehicle accidents or work-related injuries.

All of our practitioners book patients every half hour, giving you double the time that other clinics provide – We take the time to listen, assess the issue and develop an individualized plan.

Great news: the GLA:D program hosted by Ramsey and Allison Ezzat is scheduled again for this fall! GLA:D (Good Life with Arthritis in Denmark) is a physiotherapist-led group exercise program developed in Denmark for patients with symptoms of osteoarthritis in the knee or hip. The program will run for the third time out of our Brooksbank location in October. Ramsey and Allison are hosting a FREE information session for all who are interested in learning more about GLA:D on October 15, 7:15 pm - 8:15 at Brooksbank.
