Christine earned her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at UBC before completing her Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University in 2019. She enjoys working with a wide range of musculoskeletal and sport-related conditions and is passionate about helping patients return to meaningful movement and an active lifestyle. Christine takes a patient-centered approach to care, emphasizing education, collaboration, and evidence-based treatment to empower patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Christine’s style balances hands-on manual therapy with individualized, movement-based exercise programming to support recovery, build resilience, and reduce the risk of re-injury. Christine has completed Dry Needling (IMS) Level 1 and 2 and Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Level 1 and 2 (upper quadrant). She is committed to ongoing professional development and continually refining her clinical skills to provide high-quality care.
Outside of the clinic, Christine enjoys staying active through skiing, cycling, hiking, and golf. She is also an avid sports fan and appreciates the role that movement, performance, and recovery play both in sport and everyday life. On her rest days, Christine enjoys knitting and baking sourdough bread, hobbies that help reinforce the importance of balance and recovery.
Christine looks forward to working with patients of all activity levels to help them move with confidence and get back to doing what they love.
