GLA:D Program with Edmund, Ramsey and Allison

Daytime and Evening classes are offered on an ongoing basis

Reduce and understand your hip and knee pain, take less time off work, and get more active. Join this 7-week proven pain-reduction education and individualized exercise program for hip and knee osteoarthritis.

 

Pilates Classes with Edmund and Ramsey

Wednesdays at 12:00 – 1:00 PM with Ramsey

Thursdays at 6:30 – 7:30 PM with Edmund

Strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and help protect against injury in these small group sessions. Pilates fiends of all levels will find themselves smiling and challenged with Edmund’s progressions and personal feedback.

Kinesiology Exercise Classes with Marianne

Get sweating and smiling with these one-to-one kinesiology-based exercise sessions. Whether for wellness, training or to accelerate your rehabilitation after injury, Marianne’s personalized approach and enthusiasm for movement will have you happily exercising away!

Running Group

Join the North Shore Sports Medicine running group! Get motivated, meet like-minded people, and maybe set a new PR! Runners of all levels will find themselves challenged with five different paces to choose from. We help to build your running stamina by adding on difficulty with longer running intervals or shorter walking intervals every week.
