People & Culture Coordinator – Josephine Lees

Josephine holds a Degree in Psychology from Concordia University in Montreal, and went on to complete a Post-Degree Diploma in Human Resource Management. As People & Culture Coordinator, she oversees the people side of North Shore Sports Medicine and focuses on building a workplace where our team can do their best work. She also led the launch of our counselling practice, North Vancouver Counselling, bringing mental health care into the range of services we offer.

Josephine grew up on the North Shore and makes the most of it: hiking, workout classes, kayaking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Her hiking pace depends entirely on how many dogs are on the trail.
