Fall Prevention Classes


Join fall prevention classes with Arash Gharib on Mondays at Brooksbank and Wednesdays at Deep Cove. Falls are a serious concern for seniors, but we’re here to empower you to stay active, confident, and injury-free. Our fall prevention class is designed to address balance, stability, and strength, giving you the tools to navigate daily life with ease and security.

Arash is a passionate Kinesiologist with a focus on exercise science, and he’s dedicated to helping his patients reach their full potential.
