Join fall prevention classes with Isaac Edmonds (overseen by Marianne Tout) on Mondays at Brooksbank. Falls are a serious concern for seniors, but we’re here to empower you to stay active, confident, and injury-free. Our fall prevention class is designed to address balance, stability, and strength, giving you the tools to navigate daily life with ease and security.

- Low impact cardiovascular work
- Dynamic/static balance work
- Strength training
- Stretching and mobility work
